Operations Manager
Elite Architects AI runs voice AI agents for optical clinics, home services, and other companies across the US. We are taking over fulfillment for multiple agencies and need an operator who can own delivery end to end.
01 — The role
What you will do
- Build, deploy, and maintain voice agents on Retell, Vapi, Synthflow, and ElevenLabs
- Iterate prompts based on call QA findings and client feedback
- Manage GoHighLevel pipelines, calendars, and webhook flows
- Build and maintain n8n or make.com automations connecting platforms
- Run weekly QA on call recordings, log failures, ship fixes
- Send weekly client reports with metrics and improvements made
- Handle client comms on email and the occasional call
02 — The fit
You should have
- 2+ years building voice or SMS agents that went live with paying customers
- Strong prompt engineering instincts for conversational AI
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Retell, Vapi, Synthflow, or ElevenLabs
- Comfort with n8n or make.com, webhooks, API calls, and basic JSON/JS debugging
- GoHighLevel or comparable CRM experience
- Excellent written English. Spoken English good enough for client calls.
